TODDLER ROOM - 18 MONTHS TO 23 MONTHS
In our Toddler Room this children will be learning several new things. They will be learning new words, as well as perfecting some old ones they already know. Also in this room they will be learning how to sit in chairs with the aid of a seatbelt. It is time for the children to also start learning the importance of sharing with others. And depending upon your child, it is also time to start thinking about tossing out the old passy, binky, or poppy. When you feel that your child is ready, inform the teacher and we will help you get started.
HighReach has a curriculum designed especially for the Toddlers. The Curriculum introduces shapes, colors, and nursery rhymes. We also teach sign language in all of our classrooms as well. The sign language is provided by Sign 2 Me. Each month your child will learn different signs as a part of our curriculum.
